BETHANY COLLEGE TO HOLD 'MISSION POSSIBLE' EVENT

BETHANY, W.Va. – Active Disciples on Campus (ADOC) student organization is holding a "Mission Possible" event for high school youth from Ohio, Kentucky and Texas on March 17-19 on the Bethany campus. "Mission Possible" is a weekend retreat focused on mission work. Scheduled activities include keynote sessions, games and fellowship.

Rebekah Cypert, a student at Bethany, is the director of the event. Cypert is a Higher Education Leadership Ministries (HELM) scholarship fellow and coordinates this event in conjunction with her scholarship. This is the second year for the event.

Amy Gopp, who works for "the week of compassion" a part of the Disciples of Christ, will be the event's keynote speaker. Andra Moran, a singer/songwriter from Nashville, Tenn., will be performing.
