Bethany College will host its annual Commencement activities May 14-15. A Baccalaureate service is set for 6 p.m. on Friday, May 14 in Commencement Hall at the College’s historic Old Main. Dr. Marylouise Fennell, former president of Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pa., and current Senior Counsel for The Council of Independent Colleges, will speak at the event. President Miller will host a reception honoring parents and members of the Class of 2010 on the corridor of Old Main immediately following the Baccalaureate service.
Commencement activities for the Class of 2010 will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 15 on the Quadrangle of Old Main. Gaston Caperton, former governor of West Virginia and current president of the College Board, will provide the Commencement address. A special Commencement Day Luncheon will be provided in the main Dining Hall from noon to 1:30 p.m. for members of the graduating class and their guests.
