Carl Clemens, Class of ’78, was a four-year letterman for the Bison football team from 1974-77. He earned First Team All-PAC honors three times, twice at tackle and once at tight end. A two-time All-District selection, Clemens was a starter on the 1975 Bethany team that won the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) and was a coach on the 1980 squad that won the league crown. He was recently named to the 1980’s All-Decade Team at Bethany.

Off the field, Clemens was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education and a GPA over 3.0. He is currently the owner and operator of Punky's Pit Stop and resides in Warren, Ohio.
