BETHANY, W.Va. – Lauren Starr, of Venetia, Pa., will graduate on May 6th with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
After graduation, Lauren will be working at Berkeley Springs High School in Berkeley Springs, WV, as a high school mathematics teacher. She will also continue competing as an equestrian with her horse, Hazel.
Her favorite Bethany memory is winning High Point Rider (TWICE!) at an IHSA Horse Show, hosted by WVU, with Bethany’s Western Equestrian Team.
Lauren’s advice to future Bethanians is “Chase your dreams and never back down from what you believe in.”
