BETHANY, W.Va. — Bethany College is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Gordon as the new registrar. In her role as registrar, Gordon oversees and maintains academic records for undergraduate and graduate students, provides support and information to students, faculty, and staff, and ensures compliance with academic regulations and program requirements.
Gordon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new position. She has a strong background in education and administration, having previously served as registrar at Bethany College. Gordon also worked as the assistant to the president, where she provided direct administrative support to the president of the college.
Most recently, she served as the site coordinator for Communities in Schools, where she worked closely with students and their families to ensure access to essential resources for academic and personal success. Her experience in establishing support plans, conducting needs assessments, and connecting students and families with resources will be invaluable in her role as registrar.

Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary social studies education from Bethany College. Her exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and dedication to student success will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the registrar’s office at Bethany College.
