Bethany College Appoints Kimberly Moore as Director of Human Resources

BETHANY, W.Va. (Feb. 14, 2025) – It is with great enthusiasm that Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance Susan Halulko announces the appointment of Kimberly Moore as director of human resources. 

Moore, who has served Bethany College for the past eight and a half years, will play a central role in shaping the College’s mission, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving the continued success and growth of Bethany. In her new role, she will report to Bethany President Dr. Jamie Caridi.

“Kim has demonstrated her dedication and appreciation for Bethany College time and time again,” says Halulko. “With her strong leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace, we have full confidence that she will play a vital role in advancing our mission. Her vision and dedication will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and growth of Bethany, ensuring a thriving environment for all of our staff and students.” 

During her time here, Moore has had many roles, including payroll manager, cashier, and interim human resources director. Prior to joining Bethany College, Moore served as a licensed insurance agent with State Farm, Bill Garvey Agency, for fifteen years.
