Financial Aid
At Bethany, we’re here to help make your dreams come true. If you’re like most Bethanians, then before you can take part in our life-changing academic programs, you’ll need some help with the cost of tuition. We’ll work to provide you with the maximum amount of financial aid you’re eligible to receive.
Incoming Freshmen: Steps to Enroll
- Complete an Admission Application. (Looking for the Common App? Go here.)
- Submit official High School (and if applicable) College transcripts
- Submit official ACT or SAT scores (OPTIONAL)
- Review all of our available opportunities for financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
- Apply for financial aid at studentaid.gov (Bethany School Code: 003808)

Important Dates:
Dec. 1* – FAFSA Opens
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid opens for the following academic year. File your FAFSA as early as possible. Enter our college code: 003808. (*Delayed until Dec. 1, 2024, for 2025-26 academic year.)
Application Deadline – Rolling
We accept applications on a “rolling” basis. However, to ensure you can reserve a spot, we recommend applying as early as possible.
Recommended Deposit Deadline – May 1
While we accept deposit payments after this date, it’s best to get it in before May to ensure you get your first choice in housing.
